Joel and Andrew of Zephyr Signs and Graphics have completed wrapping three Iowa City buses. ASICS has teamed up with the City of Iowa City to promote the upcoming Olympic Wrestling Trials on April 21st and 22nd, and Iowa City has partnered with Zephyr to turn three transit buses into eye-catching 30′ rolling advertisements. These buses utilize the amazing properties of perforated window film, allowing all passengers to see out as if there was nothing there. From the outside, however, you see a brilliant advertisement. While other advertising methods have saturated our daily conscious, this one will still make you stop and stare.

This is a client who just opened a new restaurant last month in Coralville. They came to us looking for a way to change out the sign from the previous owners so they could have their own advertising inserted. The solution we came up with was removing the vinyl graphics from the face of the existing signs and replacing it with a digitally printed translucent vinyl that allowed them to showcase there colorful logo during the day or at night.
